Jessica earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Jessica is a certified teacher in the state of Florida and has nearly a decade of experience teaching in the public, private, and charter school education systems. In 2018, Jessica earned a Certificate of Recognition from the City of Margate for her outstanding efforts as Teacher of the Month. Jessica has a huge heart for inspiring the future generations! 

Jessica holds a firm belief that structure and discipline combined with unconditional love and consistency is the best medicine for kids in their prime developmental years. Jessica has a love for teaching science and coordinated many fun and engaging science events at the school and district levels. She guided a team of students through building solar panel cars for the 2019 South Florida Energy Whiz Expo where they won a first and second place trophy. She also led a group of students through the Broward County Regional Science Fair at Broward College where they placed in the top 3 for their categories. 

Jessica enjoys professional development through book studies led by the Relational Harmony directors from her church in Delray Beach. Jessica claims that the book Boundaries by Dr. Henry Cloud was a life saver for her and her family. In her free time, she loves to fish with her husband and spend quality time with friends and family. Jessica is always engaging in new opportunities to further her knowledge and has a deep love for helping people.
