Michael Carroll serves as Director of Outreach for the Carolinas and Capital Region. His passion for this work began through his personal journey in recovery and deepened through his experiences parenting a neurodivergent child. Michael is driven by helping families find the right support and witnessing the long-term transformation that can happen when teens receive meaningful care. He values staying connected with families and hearing the success stories that unfold long after treatment ends. Outside of work, Michael enjoys working out, hiking, spending time with his children, and improving his golf game.
