Parents love our dynamic treatment program including intensive individual, group and family therapy sessions, cutting-edge treatment modalities, experiential excursions, an academic program, and continuing care planning.

Staff

Each client is assigned a care team that consists of a family therapist, individual therapist, case manager, academic coordinator, and program coordinator. Parents highly approve of our 3-to-1 staff to client ratio, and the fact that clients have access to staff around the clock to address any issues that may arise.

Communication

Parents rate us highly for our commitment to communication given that they hear from our staff a minimum of four times per week with updates on progress, weekly therapy sessions, case management, and educational planning. Additionally, each family always has a designated point of contact on the care team available for updates and support.

I arrived at Family First on New Year’s Eve 2020. As much as I hated the idea of going into treatment I was welcomed by an amazing staff and an amazing program. FFAS helped me grow closer to my family and learn more about myself. If you are considering going yourself or sending your child there as hard it may be I would strongly recommend this program. All you can do is love your child, let go and trust the amazing people at FFAS to do what they do. I am 8 months sober and feel amazing. Even though I have ups and downs I feel much better about myself and closer to my family than I have in years.

Family first changed my life. Gave me hope from a state of hopelessness and gave me the tools to turn my life around. Wouldn’t be here without them. Excellent staff and therapists. Staff works great with clients and family and Kevin does a great job of keeping up support groups and supporting family for transition out of treatment. Would recommend. Can be a very hard decision checking into treatment center but is very much worth the hardships.

Family first is an amazing program. I myself have attended this facility and had the best experience ever. The staff were amazing and they still are. I keep in contact with them still. They have changed my life and my family’s life for the better and If you are looking to send your teenager for help this is the place to do so.
