The Pinnacle Day Program—powered by Family First Adolescent Services—provides comprehensive mental health outpatient services for teens aged 12-18 across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach County. From the common to the most complex, we help teens living with all kinds of challenges, including:
We work with most major insurance carriers to help cover the cost of your teen’s treatment. Plus, the Pinnacle Day Program is fully in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Our innovative program model helps reconnect your family and supports your teen as they discover a healthier sense of self. We never punish the teens we help. Instead, we help them explore their mental health through:
Teens work one-on-one with a licensed therapist to address their mental health and a psychiatrist to monitor progress and medications. Parents are consulted before any medication changes.
Executive functioning affects task management, self-control, and adaptability. We help teens develop skills like critical thinking, time management, and impulse control.
Pinnacle offers art, dance, paint, and garden therapies, giving teens a creative outlet to process emotions and express themselves nonverbally.
At Pinnacle, each day begins and ends with mindfulness, including guided meditations and goal-setting led by our professionals.
Teens complete at least three assignments daily, working at their own pace with staff support. They can make up credits, get ahead, and connect with teachers through check-ins and discussion-based assessments.
The program provides partial hospitalization-level care five days per week, which means your teen returns home after treatment each day. Teens spend about seven hours each day from 8 a.m. to about 3 p.m. That means your teen and family don’t have to put life on pause to get much-needed support.
The Family First team has more than 120 years of combined clinical experience. Every teen we help receives the expert care, attention, and support they need to make lasting changes. From our intake coordinators to our CEO, we are dedicated to helping teens discover a path they can take pride in.
